âEn general el servicio de las personas es muy buena, son muy amables y te colaboran en lo que necesites. La habitaciĂłn muy limpia, el Ășnico pero que vi es que en el baño no habĂa jabĂłn para el lavamanos y tocaba usar el de la ducha que era una tarro que estaba fijo en la pared.

"We stayed at Factory Lofts for 5 nights. The room was modern and good equipped with kitchen utensils, soap etc. Itâs a good location in Laureles as itâs close to a lot of nice restaurants and brunch places. The staff were very friendly and spoke both English and Spanish. The cleaning was however not good, a lot of dust and hair from the previous guests. We ordered an extra cleaning during our stay but the results were the same. If you however want a quite place to stay this is not the place as it is VERY loud from the streets below, but if you are ok with that and have ear plugs the place is a good option. A great plus is that you could use the washing machine for free. "
