“Los servicios del hotel están muy por debajo del precio que cobran. Durante mi estadía: (1) No funcionaba la llave del lavamanos. (2) No rellenaron los depósitos de gel de baño ni shampoo. (3) Aunque la conexión al router funciona, el internet no sirve. (4) El televisor está bloqueado para la conexión a internet. (5) Hace falta un coworking funcional en comodidad y conectividad.”

“I travel to Leticia every two to three months, I am not a tourist. I think this place takes it for granted that tourists will want to stay in an eco friendly place. But there is a big difference between eco friendly and good maintenance. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. In the middle of the night the water turned off and I couldn’t flush the toilet. “The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing.
