“First day we arrived the receptionist wanted to charge us again, although we already payed to hotels for our stay. We got told that there where a power outage and the power was to be back at 5 pm, but was back on just before 8 pm. Although the casino on the first floor had full power from when we arrived at 1 pm. Only one keycard was provided and you needed to put it in a slot for electricity in the room to work. So when you left the room and took the keycard for example the AC stoped working...
