âThis is a fantastic property! It is a small boutique apartment hotel with lovely rooms and a very nice courtyard. Our room was 1000 ft.ÂČ with two bedrooms and a kitchen and the living area. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel it is in the heart of the old town - walking distance of the major sites. â

We were recovering from our arduous trip, and one day we just stayed in the room almost all day, and it felt pleasant. âThis is a very lovely ecuadorian style hotel, with very friendly staff. It has marvelous decorations all over, the beds are comfortable, the showers are hot. It does not have elevators, but the staff happily carried our bags to the third floor, where our room overlooked a plaza. The breakfast was made to order with a marvelous bowl of fresh fruit. It is right in the heart of the old city and was quite safe to walk at night. It was so nice to stay in a hotel that was different from the cookie...

âThe hotel is just one block from the main square, which makes it easy to visit and enjoy Quito's historical monuments at a leisurely pace. The hotel staff is very attentive and helped us coordinate transfers to and from the airport, as well as helping us with tours of both Quito's historic center and an excursion to one of the volcanoes. â

âThe location is excellent, and the hotel itself is fantasticâmore of an Airbnb-style setup than a traditional stay. Itâs within easy walking distance of all the top spots in Old Town, including the BasĂlica del Voto Nacional, Independence Square, and the Basilica and Convent of San Francisco. âAbsolutely excellent! The hotel is located with a fantastic view, giving you an almost unreal overlook over the city. âThis hotel really deserves its name, Friends. i canât remember the last time when I felt so welcomed. The reception is very helpful. i inmediately felt st home. There are some nice common areas if you donât want to be in your room. i loved the rocking chair outside my room. Breakfast was good too, with fresh fruit, juice, eggs, toast and coffee/too. Only minus is some street noice in the morning.â
