âThe property is small, but it serves our purpose.
Staff do not speak fluent english, but very cooperative.
Itâs reasonably very good price. Good breakfast in the morning and 10 sol lunch, which is the best value for money.
I recommend to stay here. â
âVilma is the biggest reason why you should choose this place to stay. She is warm, friendly, serviable and always there to help out with anything you'd need. She's super sweet and very kind. I loved staying here because it all feels very personal and you know you're helping out a family and not a big hotel chain. It just feels better :)â
âDelicious breakfast, very nice staff and always helpful and open for questions, in proximity to little but very delicious restaurants, laundry option available, electrical radiator option for nights when it gets cold, not too touristic in this area but in walking distance to the main plaza, very good price-benefit ratio

âHands down, one of the best stays I have ever had in a hotel or lodge. The rooms were kept and spacious the staff were amazing, the went above and beyond to keep us happy, they organized a lot of things for us so we dont have too or worry about it.
Also the view up here is amazing, you get to see Cusco from a great angle, and also breakfast is good here.
We had a great stay at the Apu Lodge and we look forward to the next time we get to come here again, the team here is amazing.

âZans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away.
The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table.
The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it
Would highly recommend!â

âExcellent hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly. They helped me with all of my questions, helped me heat my dinner and getting a taxi.
The room was very beautiful and clean. Highly recommended. â
âOwners are lovely, they took great care of us. Room was a little cold and they brought us a heater plus more comfortable blankets (not the very heavy ones they'll give in some hostels). They brought us some tea as well. Very lovely couple ~â

âIn general a bad experience. One would assume that a hotel in this price level should have a working wifi or at least try to fix it when it didnât work.
For this stay in particular I really needed the wifi to arrange flight tickets and tour bookings, and asked specifically for it at check in. Unfortunately it didnât work at all during my stay and was constantly informed that it will work âsoonâ. They reluctantly gave me a small discount at check out.
The rooms are ok but cold and not in pair...
âThe staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They took care of our laundry and stored our luggage while we were out on a tour. Cesar went above and beyond to arrange for our breakfast and ride very early in the morning. Recommend this place.â
