“The good: pool, hot tub, breakfast and comfy bed. The bad: The room itself wasn't super clean with a couple of pieces of trash on the floor. The shower had hair from previous stay on the walls. The bottle for conditioner was empty and smashed and the one for shampoo was completely missing. (Attatched pics) I told the front desk and they gave me 3 tint bottles of shampoo/conditioner mixed. Not enough for 4 people with very long hair. She didn't refill or replace the bottles. The part if the lock...

“Wi-fi issues for two days. I called the number they gave me on day two and they needed my IP address. Did have wi-fi that night. Front desk did tell me about another guest unable to get wi-fi too. System problem not hotel issue. 4 unsupervised children under 12 playing football in pool while my three grandchildren were trying to have fun in the pool. Help did check who was there to supervise (no one) boys took football and left when asked to leave Wife fell while going to car in the rain. Left...

“All things were great. Breakfast could step it up a few notches and we had some issues with key cards on check in but those were resolved after the fourth try along with rebooting the new system. All in all a nice place to stay and I would stay here again. Staff was friendly, facilities were clean and over all, a great place to stay while in Iowa.”
