âPrime location, right next to the State House, didnât have a view of it but it mustâve been really nice. The lobby is inviting with great staff and an amazing scent. Room was very clean, the shower had great pressure, and bed was very very comfortable. Thereâs a mall on the next block and was in a very walkable area to the fountains. â
âI have stayed here multiple times now! The staff and everyone are always very accommodating. Such a nice change from the standard chain hotel experience such as Marriot and Hilton. They do an incredibly nice job when it comes to the boutique hotel experience.â

âThe room and accommodations were comfortable and quiet and the pool area was very nice. The biggest bonus though was the immensely pleasant and friendly staff. After a long trip accross the country, they were so kind and helpful and got us into our room quickly and with much needed humor and kindness. It was also really quick, cheap and easy to lyft around to the various areas of Providence. Highly recommend.â
âOur family had a fantastic last-minute stay at Hotel Providence. The location canât be beat; it is in walking distance from almost anything you could want to do in Providence. Our room (two queen beds) was clean, spacious and comfortable. The âcontinentalâ breakfast buffet was nicer than a typical continental breakfast, with several hot options and lots of fresh fruit. I would absolutely stay here again!â

But a quick call to the front desk and a maintenance worker showed up at our room door. Within in minutes he rectified the situation and problem was solvedâ
