“Good Staff & great motel”

“Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl”

“It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but...

“Hotellet ligger väldigt bra och sängarna är sköna och frukosten är bra! Det enda vi tyckte var dåligt var städningen av hotellrummen. Vissa dagar fick vi inte städat alls och vissa dagar hade de städat men tex inte lämnat några nya handdukar och då hade vi inga handdukar alls. Extra sängen fick vi bädda själva vid ankomst och den bäddades inte en gång, under hela veckan, av städpersonalen. Annars är hotellet jättebra och passade vår familj! ”

“Everything was as expected or better. A great choice for anyone who likes ambiance and history. Easy access to downtown with the nearby trolley. Good airconditioner in the room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Quiet location in West Philly.”

“Beautiful hotel, very quiet and peaceful with nice staff and amenities.”

“The hotel was charming in a great location. The staff was more than helpful. While the hotel itself was built in the 18th century, the room itself was modern and comfortable.”
