Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 26 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 26 m² living room with TV and 1 double sofa bed.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- A sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Please note: this unusual accommodation may present difficulties in accessing the sleeping area (ladder) for children or elderly people.

The studio is ideally located at the port of Dahouët, in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. The building was part of the old tide mill. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
