This magnificent air-conditioned house, of 100 m², on one level, 6 people with terrace and enclosed garden of 400 m², in Plestin-les-Grèves, 5 minutes from the beaches and Locquirec, the 3rd favorite village of the French. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and the 3 bedrooms (4 splits) and will allow you to spend a pleasant and relaxing stay even in case of high heat.
The House is composed :
- of a fitted kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, casserole, salad bowls, blender... 1 remote control for the shutter and 1 large garbage can
- an air-conditioned living/dining room with 1 remote control for the air conditioning and 2 remote controls for the shutters, a table that can accommodate 10 people, a 4-door sideboard where all the dishes are stored, a 2-seater sofa bed, a connected TV/wifi, a wood stove and a coat rack
- a cellar with dyson cordless vacuum cleaner, a broom, a washing broom and with the washing seal, a broom, a high chair, a foot tool, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes drying rack with clothespins, a basin
- a bedroom with a 2-seater Queen size bed (160x200) air-conditioned with 1 remote control for the air conditioning and 1 remote control for the shutter, dressing room with 60 cm long shelves, wardrobes, 1 valet, 1 chair, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps and a mirror

The outdoor area is composed of:

You will be a 5-minute walk from all amenities (super u, biocoop, lidl, bakery, butcher, restaurants, pharmacy, cinema...). Bed linen is provided. Dish towels and dishcloths are provided. Beds will be made on arrival. Towels and washcloths are not provided. Everything is done so that you can relax and enjoy the sublime panoramas of the seaside. Sunday market every Sunday morning and night markets every Tuesday in July and August. Beautiful hiking trails to discover all along the Côte des Bruyères and the GR 34.
In Locquirec (5 km away), you will enjoy discovering the port, the paths of this charming seaside resort and its market every Wednesday morning.
In Morlaix (20km away), you can visit the town and the Maison à Pondalez (traditional half-timbered house) and appreciate the setting of the Virgule (microfolie) which offers exhibitions, you can go to the Sew which is a cultural venue with a bookshop, a bar, a cinema and a restaurant.
In Plouézoch (18 km), you will enjoy discovering the Cairn de Barnénez (exceptional megalithic monument) and sailing in the heart of the bay of Morlaix to visit the Château du Taureau.
Between Perros-Guirec and Trébeurden (27 km away), you will travel, the wonderful coastal paths of the pink granite coast.
In Carnoët (40 km), you can admire the Valley of the Saints, nicknamed the Breton Easter Island, and discover about 180 statues in an exceptional natural setting.
In the Monts d'arrées (53 km away), you will discover the Armorique Regional Natural Park with a visit to Mont Saint Michel de Braspart and its 17th century chapel. You can enjoy the many hiking trails.
