Able to accommodate up to 9 people (8 adults and 1 child), it has a lovely enclosed garden and a 30 m² terrace with a barbecue ideal for summer outdoor meals. Only 500 metres from the port and the beach, it allows easy walking access to local shops and activities. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate water sports around the port (catamarans, kayak...) or hiking on the GR34, just steps from the house.



Pass through the garden, open the entrance door and discover a large living room of 55 m². On your left, the modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee maker are at your disposal. Share your meals around a large dining table that can accommodate 9 guests. In the evening, get together with family or friends in the lounge area consisting of two comfortable sofas, a television and a coffee table. On the ground floor, the first bedroom of the accommodation, equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a dressing room. An independent WC located under the stairs completes the ground floor.



Access the floor by the stairs. On the right, you will find two bedrooms: the first, designed for a child, is equipped with a single mezzanine bed (90x180 cm), while the second, more spacious, has a double bed (140x200 cm) and a dressing room. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a communicating shower. On the left, two other large bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a dressing room. A common bathroom with a shower and an independent WC are also located on the floor.



The accommodation has a high chair and the staircase is equipped with a barrier for young children.



For more comfort, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal during your stay.



You will also have a small room in the garden to store bicycles.



The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but free parking spaces are available on the street.
