This authentic, light-filled stone house is perfect for vacations with family or friends, just a stone's throw from the ocean.



The house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It has three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed, and a third with a 120 cm bed, ideal for one adult or two children. The living areas are warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or a walk in the surrounding area.



Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant wooden terrace, a real favorite for spending summer evenings around an aperitif or a barbecue, in a calm, leafy setting.



Situated just a few minutes from Ploemeur's sandy beaches, the house is an excellent starting point for water-based activities: surfing, paddling, sailing, diving... Nature lovers will appreciate the coastal paths, hidden coves and bike rides in the Breton countryside.



Just 10 minutes away by car, Lorient awaits you with its markets, lively port, museums (including the Cité de la Voile Éric Tabarly) and numerous restaurants. In summer, don't miss the Festival Interceltique, the region's must-see event.
