You'll love its pretty sea view, opposite the beaches, as well as its prime location (10 minutes from Lorient - 5 minutes from Ploemeur Centre) and its westerly aspect, so you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets!
The 35m2 flat sleeps up to 2 people:
- Entrance hall with storage space
- Fully-equipped kitchen with sea view (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, induction hob, etc.)
- Living room with sofa, TV, coffee table, dining table.
- Bedroom with double bed (140cm).
- Bathroom with bath and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC
Private garage available, PLEASE NOTE: small vehicles only.
Located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium without lift.
The first beaches and bus routes are just opposite the flat.
Hairdryer available. Wi-Fi available (fibre).
