On the ground floor, you will find the living area including a living room with comfortable sofa and armchair and a coffee table, ideal for sharing an aperitif or simply chatting. A dining room is located next door, with a fireplace (which is not functional). You will also find the independent kitchen, fully equipped with: a fridge/freezer, an oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking. You will have access to the first bathroom with WC.



Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140/190) and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed (90/190). A bathroom is also available. On the second floor, the third bedroom, with a double bed (140/190), is ideal for observing the starry sky before falling asleep. A toilet is also present on this floor.



For greater comfort, you will find a washing machine and two private parking spaces.
