This charming fisherman's house, with its feet in the water and facing the sea, offers you a splendid view over the Aber. In a peaceful setting, you will be able to admire the boats as the tides change and enjoy this panorama, whatever the weather. And if the fancy takes you, you can take a stroll around Perroz harbour located just a few steps from the house.

Full of character, the house combines rusticity and comfort to welcome up to six people. Its flower-filled garden and terrace will be perfect for your family or friends' barbecues, as well as for your moments of relaxation in the sun, whilst admiring the unobstructed view over the harbour.

Moments of escape and rejuvenation await you, guaranteed!



On the ground floor, you will find a lounge-dining room where you can admire the sea from the sofa. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine as well as all the utensils necessary for food enthusiasts. You will also find a bathroom with a hairdryer and an independent toilet.



On the upper floor, you will discover two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x190), as well as a children's bedroom with two single beds (90x190). Upon waking, when you open the shutters, you will enjoy a 180-degree view of the Aber Wrac'h!



For your convenience, a washing machine and two parking spaces are at your disposal.

The accommodation does not have a socket specially designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and instead use a dedicated charging point.
