Ty-Dolmen / Charming House by the Sea

Welcome to Ty-Dolmen, a charming house of approximately 100m2 with an enclosed, wooded garden, in the heart of the village of Lilia, in Plouguerneau. The authenticity of the stone blends with an atmosphere that is at once traditional, nautical, and contemporary. On the first floor, you will find a pleasant veranda adjoining a large and bright living room, featuring a beautiful fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area: quartz worktop, refrigerator, induction hob, mini-oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and numerous utensils. A warm lounge area welcomes you for a relaxing moment by the fireplace when the season calls for it, with a pleasant view of the veranda and the south-facing, wooded garden. Summer or winter, the veranda floods you with light and sunshine, making the space very pleasant in every season. Further on, a large bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and sink awaits you after a long day of activities. A little further on, you can enjoy a large playroom for children (board games, Lego, Kapla blocks, books & comics) as well as a sofa and a television for watching a movie (TV, DVD) or enjoying a retro video game (Nintendo NES Classic). You also have access to a home office equipped with a high-speed LAN internet connection (fiber). Wifi is also available throughout the house. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with quality bedding (queen size, 160x200) and its own bathroom (toilet and sink). Adjoining is a second bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be combined into a double bed, and an extra bed suitable for a child aged 2 to 4, or used as a sofa bed for teenagers. Outside, you can relax in a lovely enclosed garden with trees, take a nap in the hammock, or enjoy a delicious meal with family or friends, around a barbecue or lunch in the shade of the olive tree. The Ty-Dolmen house comfortably accommodates four people (for example, a family with two children or a group of friends), and the capacity can be increased to five people using the sofa bed located on the first floor. Linens are provided. free of charge. (Sheets, towels, dish towels and bath mats) Nestled in the north of Finistère, bordered by 45km of coastline, Plouguerneau is the French commune with the longest coastline, very indented & composed of numerous fine sandy beaches with their turquoise waters, steep rocks, coastal paths crossing a preserved heath, as well as multiple islands and islets. The most famous of these islands, Île Vierge, is home to one of the tallest lighthouses in the world, reaching over 82 meters and offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area! This distinctive location, situated at the crossroads of the Pays des Abers and the Côte des Légendes, promises an authentic immersion in Brittany and offers an ideal setting for a car-free seaside holiday.
