- 40 m² living room with sofas, TV and wood-burning stove (wood not supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 4: single bed and crib
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- 500 m² fenced garden
- A 34 m² terrace in composite wood with furniture for sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Plouhinec, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
