Located in a cul-de-sac near the old port of Plouhinec, at the entrance of the Étel Ria, this very friendly house can accommodate 8 people. The garden and terrace allow you to enjoy outdoor living. This tastefully decorated house consists on the ground floor of a vast common room with a South-facing aspect overlooking the garden, with an integrated kitchen. A bedroom with its shower room and a reading lounge with sea view complete this level. Three bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom and independent toilets constitute a very pleasant sleeping area that reflects the house, imbued with conviviality and softness.



The terrace and garden, with a sea view, are the ideal place for outdoor meals.



Parking is available in front of the house. Possible access to the sea via an independent gate located at the rear of the property.

The house is located on the edge of the Etel Ria, 500m from essential shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store and wine cellar).

The town centre of Plouhinec and its supermarket are 5 minutes by car.

Market in Plouhinec on Wednesday and in Belz on Sunday.

Numerous possibilities for walking or cycling (marked trails and cycle paths).

Close to the Lorois bridge, which spans the Etel Ria, its location allows you to easily reach Belz, enjoy the activities at the port of Etel, visit the megalithic sites of Erdeven and Carnac, stroll along the quays of Saint Cado, discover the Bay of Quiberon and enjoy the multiple nautical activities offered.

On the Plouhinec side, you can easily access the beaches of Linès, Kervégant and Magouëro, an opportunity to practice various sports activities while admiring the beautiful landscape.

Close to Lorient, Vannes, Auray.
