Come enjoy your vacation at our beautiful home, located in a quiet, picturesque, and lush setting in Ploulec’h. The house sits on 2 hectares of land home to ponies, horses, and alpacas, which you can watch while enjoying breakfast inside the house or on the wooden deck. If you’d like, the kids can go feed the animals in the morning with “Grandpa Dom.” You can enjoy the garden and its Breton boules court. You’ll have a peaceful setting to enjoy an aperitif and use the barbecue, where you can grill the famous Ploumilliau sausage or fish purchased at the small market in the port of Locquémeau, just 5 minutes from the house. The house is ideally located, just a 5-minute drive from the ocean, yet you’ll still enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Finally, you’ll find all the amenities you need within 5 minutes (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bar/tobacco shop, gas station...). The house has 4 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 160x200 double bed - Bedroom 2: 180x200 double bed - Bedroom 3: bunk bed + pull-out bed (sleeps 3) - Bedroom 4: single bed + pull-out bed and a crib. You’ll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Bedding is provided. We can offer an optional cleaning package for 120€.
