“Just what we needed for a weekend wedding stay. Breakfast delivered to our cottage - coffee was delicious, bkfst quality was not good. Maybe a simple (yummy) muffin or bagel would be better. WONDERFUL spot right on the beach!”

“We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place.”

“Our group was two couples, one grandmother, one 17 year old girl and a 10 year old boy. That left 3 or us with a full size bed and/or a pull out couch in the living room with no privacy The property should list "sleeps 6 people" noting that two people sleep in living room. Otherwise we had a lovely vacation, steps to beach.”
