I Booked online i had a confirmation email !! when i got there they didn't know anything about it i also showed the women the confirmation email and still didn't get anywhere. i spent most of the night looking for a hotel to stay at but everything was booked i would not recommend this hotel at all

The room was nice, clean sheets, free of surface dust, only downsides were dust behind radiator, and grout on tiles needed a good clean. Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. It is within a 3 minute walk of Plymouth Hoe, and 10 minutes walk from the main shopping district, with plenty of restaurants and fast food franchises. Theres also a few good public houses also. Also a short walk to Plymouth ferry. Its a lovely part of Plymouth and theres lots to be seen and lots to do in season.. out of season a little quiet.

Booked room with bathroom. They said I didn't. I new I did as always double check it has own bathroom. After argument with staff I got the room I payed for . Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

UNSAFE PLACE TO STAY

There was shouting and banging from upstairs room and mentioned that was a knife involved.

Ideal for a one night stay, pretty basic but served the purpose. Owner was friendly, helpful and courteous. Parking voucher available for £10 on request.

Cheap, basic, no frills

The hotel used to offer B&B, and always had a good reputation, which was why i booked. I did not realise until we arrived that it is a shadow of its former self. Only now offering cheap room only options. The room was not en suite, i would expect that from a provider in 2025, and did not realise this at time of booking, as we would not have stayed here. The whole hotel needs updating, the room was basic, the mattress was very uncomfortable and we did not get a good nights sleep. If you are looking for basic, cheap accommodation and don't want frills then this hotel is for you. We, how,will not be staying again.

Was told was having a share bathroom that was not stated on the booking so had to pay extra and it also said we had we had breakfast included on arrival the man said there was mo breakfast. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Great Weekend

We went to Plymouth to be there for the last game of the season for Leeds United and Leeds won and got crowned the champions of the league and where promoted to the Premier League. It was a hot sunny weekend and the hotel was in the city centre and all was fantastic.

We got to the hotel changed rooms as there was only a shower and had to walk to a differnt area for the toilet. . So had to pay extra for a room with a shower and toilet thatand its a bit dated.

Although the host was pleasant and welcomed us … the hotel is totally in a shambles , our rooms bed was held together by parcel tape and there were no sockets next to bed only one double near the sink next tithe window Shelves were falling off the walls , decor was tired and paper cracked and hanging off the walls , the shower head was filthy and rusty and there were only enough tea bags fir one cup each Felt grotty and I had another trip booked here iv now cancelled it such a shame really , The signs says hotel is under improvements but the mats no excuse for the poor condition and state of our room and general areas . The framed pictures up the bathroom had melted n buckled out of their frames with the heat in the bathroom just left there to rot Nice building too very neglected The wi fi was confusing too so used my own .
