This hotel room was dirty unpon checkin, furniture was broken, a/c wouldn't turn off, floors were dirty, garbage was left. I told the property at check in and asked for a refund on the second night and they agreed as long as I did it through expedia. Witha day and a half of run around from both expedia and the HotelI was told I wouldn't get a refund! VERY DISSAPOINTING, WON'T BE USING EXPEDIA OR RED LION AGAIN!
