“The place looked great. But in our room the toilet was running and there was too much traffic noise from the freeway”

“Didn't stay. Very dark, small entry room with eating area check in counter. Reminded me of a dorm building. Parking was one row in front and a lot out back. Attendant was kind but I didn't feel comfortable and it didn't feel like a hotel.”

“The staff was super nice. Karl was super helpful and friendly. We weren’t from around there and he gave us a lot of good advice on where to sight see.”

“I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.”

“Was dirty, mouse traps in hallways, “employees” “grilling” shirtless in the parking lot. We didn’t even stay and they wouldn’t refund us because we already checked in. DIRTY, UNSAFE, FALLING APART”
