The Property:
This spacious two-story cabin comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests (adults or children), making it an ideal layout for families and small groups.

• Bedroom 1 (First Floor): Features a bunk bed plus an additional smaller bed.
• Bedroom 2 (First Floor): Features one larger queen bed.
• Bedroom 3 (Top Floor): Features two beds (one large king bed, one full bed).
• Loft (Top Floor): Features one full bed.

The home includes 2 full bathrooms, an open living and dining area designed to keep everyone connected, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating and a coffee maker. Unwind indoors with the gas fireplace, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and a selection of board games for laid-back nights in.

Outdoor Living:
Many of our guests say they enjoy the home’s beautiful, unfenced wooded backyard. There’s plenty of room for kids to run and play while adults relax on the expansive deck. The outdoor space features comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area, a propane BBQ grill, and a separate wood-burning fire pit - perfect for slow, peaceful evenings under the trees.

Located in the Arrowhead Lake Community, you’ll have access to incredible amenities just a 5-minute drive away, including:

• 4 Beaches
• 3 Pools, each with a dedicated shallow place for children
• Playgrounds, sports courts, the lodge, and fitness area

For year-round fun, Kalahari Resorts and Camelback Mountain are both within an easy driving distance.

Pet Policy:
We are proudly pet-friendly! You are welcome to bring up to 3 pets for a flat fee of $55 per stay.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire cabin and the outdoor areas around the home.

You’ll also have access to Arrowhead Lake Community amenities, including the lakes, beaches, pools, playgrounds, courts, lodge, and fitness area. Most of these amenities are about a 5-minute drive from the cabin.

Other things to note
Please read this section carefully before booking.

Arrowhead Lake Community charges mandatory temporary membership fees for guests ages 6 and up. These fees are collected by the owner and paid to the HOA.

In season, from Memorial Day through Labor Day, the fee is $8.50 per person, per day. Off season, the fee is $2.00 per person, per day.

There is also a $20 vehicle gate card fee per vehicle and a $20 transaction fee.

Registration and payment must be completed at least 3 days before arrival. Late registrations, meaning less than 3 days before check-in, are subject to a $100 late fee.
