Designed to maximize its incredible waterfront location, this cozy, thoughtfully designed lakefront cottage offers approximately 1,000 square feet of comfortable living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a private ensuite in the primary bedroom.

Whether you're relaxing in the hot tub, paddling across the lake, gathering around the fire pit, or simply enjoying the sunset from the dock, life is better on repeat.

Your stay includes complimentary use of 4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and 2 canoes.

Please Note: The path to the lake follows the property's natural lakeside terrain. Wear appropriate footwear and use caution, especially after rain or after dark.

◆ Arrowhead Lake Temporary Membership & Required Fees

(Children under 6 are free.)

★ In Season (Friday before Memorial Day – Labor Day)

• $8.50 per person, per day
• $42.50 per person, per week

★ Off Season

• $2.00 per person, per day

Additional required fees:

• Gate Pass – $20 per vehicle
• Community Administration Fee – $20 per reservation

Reservations made less than 3 days before arrival automatically incur a $100 HOA late registration fee.

All fees are established by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association and cannot be waived or discounted by the homeowner.

After booking, you'll receive a registration form requesting guest names, ages of children, and vehicle information. Community fees must be paid directly to the HOA before arrival.
