INDOOR LIVING:
*Main Level: Bright & airy open concept interior, hardwood floors, gas fireplace (turned off for summer), 65" smart TV with complimentary streaming apps, dining table with seating for 8, shuffleboard table, board games. There are two bedrooms located on this floor along with a full bathroom.
*Upper Level: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom
*All bedrooms feature brand new carpeting

OUTDOOR LIVING:
*Sun-drenched front deck with small dining set and gas grill and additional seating. Propane included.
*Semi-private backyard retreat complete with Adirondack chairs, benches, hammock and a Breeo “smokeless” firepit. We supply wood, fire starters and roasting sticks. Just bring your own s’mores :)

GENERAL:
*Amenities include: all linen/towels, basic toiletries, household essentials, high-chair, booster seat, pack and play, iron/board, washer & dryer.
*Kitchen is equipped with all cooking essentials (pots, pans, bakeware, dinnerware, drinkware, condiments, spice set), Keurig coffee machine (K-cups provided), electric kettle, toaster and waffle maker.

LOCATION:
Serenitie Chalet is ideally situated in close proximity to all the fantastic amenities Arrowhead Lake has to offer, including two lakes, four lakeside beaches, three outdoor pools, boat rentals, tennis courts, a variety of playgrounds, a sledding hill and a community lodge. Beach 4 at North Arrowhead Lake is a 10-minute walk or 2-minute car ride. In addition, we are within 15-30 minutes of major Pocono area attractions such as Jack Frost Ski Resort, Big Boulder Mountain, Kalahari, Camelback, Pocono Raceway and Mount Airy Casino, offering plenty of activities year-round.


ARROWHEAD COMMUNITY FEES:
Temporary membership fees are mandatory and is assessed to all rentals for guests age 6 and up. These fees are collected by owner and paid to the HOA.

**In Season = Memorial Day to Labor Day**
• Overnight Guests and Day Guests (In-Season): $8.50 per person per day
• Overnight Guests and Day Guests (Off-Season): $2.00 per person per day
• Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
• Transaction/Processing Fee: $20

Registration and payment must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival. Late registrations (less than 3 days before arrival) are subject to a $50 late fee.
