The Space
Our 2,000+ sq. ft. home is optimized for groups of up to 8, providing multiple `zones` so everyone can find their own space:

Entertainment Hub: The lower-level Game Room features a professional foosball table, while the bright Sunroom is the perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet afternoon of reading.

Family-Ready Amenities: We help you travel light. The home is fully equipped with a crib, high chair, and a selection of toys to keep the little ones entertained.

Classic Mountain Kitchen: Fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the spices and cookware needed to host a large family dinner.
Outdoor Living: Relax on the oversized rear deck, fire up the BBQ grill, and enjoy the peace of the surrounding forest.

Located in the heart of Pocono Pines, you are centrally positioned to reach the region`s top destinations within minutes:
Kalahari Indoor Waterpark: 15-minute drive.
Pocono Raceway: 15-minute drive.
Camelback Mountain Resort: 20-minute drive.
Local Nature: Walking distance to scenic hiking trails and the beautiful Lake Naomi community.

House Rules & Policies
Occupancy: Maximum of 8 guests (strictly enforced per township regulations).

Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly! A flat pet fee is required per stay.
Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Lake Naomi Club: While located in the Lake Naomi community, beach and pool access is not included in the base rental. Temporary memberships are typically available for stays of 21+ nights and require a separate application/fee.
We kindly request guests to either agree to a security deposit or pay a damage waiver after booking.

The rental agreement must be signed and we must conduct an ID check before providing check-in details
Pre-Check-in Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require all primary guests to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver`s license, passport) before we can send check-in details.
This is a standard procedure and helps ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.

No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation.

Registered Guests Only: Only those listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older.

Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee.

Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

No parties or events—let`s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior—safety and respect for everyone are key.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.

Toilet paper only in the toilet—keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy—report any damages or missing items to us right away.
