“This was a typical Holiday Inn Express....clean, comfy bed, quiet room, good breakfast selections, friendly staff. The only thing that could have been better was the towels are kind of scratchy and could use replacement. This one was a bit far from the interstate, but I knew that when I reserved it, and it was easy to find by GPS. “Despite the lobby and ground floor being renovated, the rest of the hotel was nicely, updated, including the rooms and lounge area for breakfast. The complementary breakfast was excellent, especially on the weekend. And despite a holiday, there was plenty of staff and their service was attentive and friendly. The hotel location in the middle of downtown is excellent providing lots of food, bars, and shopping nearby. There is also plenty of entertainment in downtown. This is a great old hotel...
