“They forgot to give our passports back. And when we checked out and payed for everything even then she didn’t notice the passports. Big mistake from a “4 star hotel”. So left in the car stressed and the trip was runned.”

“We got the information that check in was possible until 22.00. When we got there it was all dark and locked up. No one answered the phone on the number on Hotels. Eventually another guest let us in and helped us communicating with a woman who was described as "the owner". Even though we paid for the stay via Hotels she had no clue whatsoever that we had a booking and that it was pre paid. The room was ok, but the pillows and bed minnen were smelly nd not really clean. “Hotel is 10 mins from Banska Bystrica. Good choice to get a proper spa hotel with indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts etc. several restaurants make it easy to spend a couple of days. ”
