Vivaia Trendy Rural is a spacious, eclectic-style apartment that is part of a farmhouse in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.

The perfect accommodation for an authentic and genuine experience in the peace of the countryside.

The apartment is located on the first floor, with a separate entrance that is reached by about 15 to 20 steps.

A cozy little terrace surrounded by plants welcomes you. Here there is a small table with chairs and a wooden sofa-a perfect spot for a cup of tea and a good book in the morning.

You enter the house by accessing a hallway that overlooks the large living room. The house is full of charm and you will feel as if you are taking a journey within a journey, crossing different cultures and epochs. In fact, there are many ethnic as well as modern objects that find their perfect union with pieces of antique Tuscan furniture.

One wall of the living room is occupied by a large fireplace, typical of the old peasant houses where you could sit by the fire (you cannot light it for safety issues), in front there are carpets, sofas and armchairs to create a convivial space for all guests.

The living room on the left leads to the large kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and everything needed for cooking. Here too you will find a large dining table and plenty of objects and paintings to admire.

Returning to the living room you enter another hallway that leads to the three bedrooms. The first room on the left, is a double bedroom with a bathroom inside. The room is very cozy, you will feel like you are at home.

The bathroom is complete, there is also a shower with curtain.

The second room is reached by a narrow staircase of 7/8 steps that will lead you to a little gem. Four-poster bed, ethnic bedside tables and a somewhat exotic charm characterize this room, which also has a bathroom inside, complete with shower with stall.

Finally, the third room, on the same floor as the first, is a space suitable for one person and equipped with a queen-size bed. This space will connect you to a sense of peace and calm. It can also be used as a work room or reading nook.

Next to this room is the third bathroom, the largest, with double sinks, sanitary ware and a bathtub with a window overlooking the countryside.

The house is about 150 square meters and each room has air conditioning.

A garden with space for outdoor meals, modern gas bbq and sun loungers completes the property. In one corner, at your complete disposal, a hot tub: an ideal cuddle, served with a good glass of bubbles. Hot tub is available from first april to october 15

The owner lives downstairs and will be available if needed, while maintaining their respective privacy.

On site, it is possible to rent a classic car for a trip out of town.
