âProbably the worst bed in the world, definitely the worst bed in Europe. The sad story about this ,is actually the response from the staff. When I noticed the staff about this problem, it felt like they did not care at all. I found mold in the bathroom, just look at the pictures. I believe I got sick because of very bad ventilation. â

âWe absolutely adored this hotel in every way. The views were not to be believed. It was only a 10 to 15 taxi to anywhere in Florence. Heavenly. My only suggestion is please add a shower curtain to the bath/ shower area so the water doesnât spray all over the bathroom. Otherwise, this place will exceed anyoneâs expectations and dreams! GRATZI! â
âVery clean and professional staff. The parking was always available and easily accessible in the same building as the hotel. We didnât use the car a whole lot since the bus and tram were 3 mins away by walk. Would highly recommend this hotel!â
