âToppservice i recieption. Detta trots att man glömde/inte hade tillförlitlig rutin att Ă„terlĂ€mna inlĂ€mnat pass. Hade begĂ€rt rum för funktionshindrad och detta kunde man inte tillmötesgĂ„. Fick dĂ„ en uppgradering utan kostnad till ett motsvarande rum. Att man inte hade rum för funktionshindrad hade inte meddelats oss. Mkt trevlig recieption!!!â

âPerfect location in Tuscany. The room was very nice, clean and had a completely new bathroom.
The welcoming atmosphere and the way the owners made us enjoy the stay was fantastic.
We can really reccomend the wine tasting as well. â

âWe got upgraded and the room was fanastic and rustic. friendly straff, environment and service was great. The only complain we have is the more simple restaurant, La Cantina, that didn't live up to any italian culinary experience at all. The food we had was very tasteless and lacked sign of creativity and the wine the served us was waaay to warm. My husband is a sommelier himself and we have visited several fine dining restaurants over the world and have to say that we expected more from this...

"It is a former nobel familyâs villa.
Wonderful restorated for 40 years ago by a doctor who baught it.
Meny different areas to sit at outdoor and indoor.
The rooms was in perfect condition.
The staf very friendly.
The Villa is so what you want to have when visiting Tuscany.
It is just at the edge of the City Figline Valdarno.
So you can go out for dinner if you donât use the hotels restaurant wich was good.
The breakfast was standard but okay and had everything you want for breakfast.
The have two pools, one indoor with sunbeds outside in the hotel area and an outdoor pool on the other side of the street on a hill.
We loved the hotel because it was very nice decorated."

"This place has so much potential as it has a beautiful view and the surroundings with the gardens are beautiful but that's also the only positive experience.
The service is terrible and the people working there are rude. There is breakfast but no options for lunch at the hotel which is somewhat irritating as there are no restaurants close by. The rooms where extremely outdated and smell terribly of mold. It stuck on my clothes despite washing for some time after.The dinner was probably the worst I've ever had through all the times I've been to Italy. One of the dishes was not even edible and the rest underwhelming at best.
The main reason we chose this hotel was the horse farm and the possibility to go horse riding. When we arrived it was not possible to book any horse riding for any of the days we were there despite it literally being one of the activities listed for the hotel. When we talked to the receptionist the girl working there was literally rude about it as if it was our fault that we had not looked it up in advance to know that the horse farm is actually seperately run and not by the hotel. Information that should have gotten when we booked.
I would not go back as there are plenty of beautiful places in Tuscany so having only a nice view is not cutting it."
