âNice and helpful staff, nice pool but not so good location with all the trafic and a lot of sounds all the time. Atm close by. We stayed for two weeks and the service didn't keep up the same standard during the entire stay but was depending on who was working. We had a 1,5 year old kid with us and it's not a good hotel for that young kids since there isn't that much they can do. Housekeeping was great most of the days but was also depending on the staff.â
âEnjoyed our stay here. It is perfectly situated to enjoy both White Town and French Quarter. Reception organised a sightseeing seeing trip for us and also taxi to Chennai with a short visit to Mamallaporum Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. Hotel has a good reasonably priced restaurant.â

âYou could do a lot worse ! This hotel was perfectly adequate for our purpose. It lies just outside White Town. Crossing the road by foot from the white town side to the hotel side of the road like any Indian city is not for the faint of heart. Breakfast was standard fare for South India. If you have a driver then you can be dropped off near the promenade which is pedestrianised and is simply marvellous for this very reason.We didn't eat in as there were a lot of eateries around.Pondy is very...

âWe extended our stay here. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. This is a great location for a walkable distance to the French quarter as well as a number of restaurants.
The breakfast is simple but good. Ceiling fan and air conditioner keep the room cold. A water kettle and cups are also available in the room as well as basic toiletries.
Worth a stay. Lovely building and rooms. The wala need some fresh paint, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. â
