“The room lowkey smelled like pee and we saw hairs in the shower/on the towels. The rooms could be cleaner, and the hotel is pretty outdated. If you stay there one night it might be fine but for more than one you may want to find somewhere cleaner and better overall!”

“Our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Plattsburgh was a mixed experience.
Unfortunately, the hotel wasn’t as clean as we expected. The TV in the sitting room didn’t work, the telephone in our room didn’t work, and the TV channel selection was very limited.
One of the biggest disappointments was that several of the amenities listed on the website were either inaccurate or not well maintained. The “spa” is really just a sauna, and many of the outdoor areas shown on the website were overgrown or in...
