She was helpful when I accidentally booked the room twice on VRBO and helped me get the refund. It would have been nice to have been greeted in person when we arrived. “We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had.
