What's better than lounging on private decks while watching owls, coyotes, bunnies, bobcats and more on our 2 acre sloping meadow--all in front of a picturesque landscape as the sun disappears over the Inverness Ridge! We've got you covered: Bird watchers? Hawks, barn owls, great blue herons, quail, etc. Check. TV watchers? We have Roku, direct TV, HBO, Showtime, etc. Check. Not to mention: stress-free unlimited parking, and an easy drive to get here (no confusing winding narrow roads to navigate). And super easy flexible check in. Plus, no cleaning fee!

Three bedrooms for you to fight over -- will you take the room with the twin bed, best views, and freshly tuned piano? How about the biggest room with a firm queen bed, a door to the outside, desk, black out curtains, and a big closet? Or the cozy corner room with a softer, full sized bed? Then hop upstairs to our brightly lit kitchen and stylish living area, lovely oak dining table, 2 large decks, lots of seating, and a cute gas heating stove.

Whether you're coming to Point Reyes for the exquisite beaches, the iconic lighthouse, the world renowned hiking, Tomales Bay swimming and boating, downtown cruising, excellent restaurants, or general exploring of this gorgeous area, this is the perfect place to stay! Your host is an expert on all the hiking trails in the area and can point you in the direction of any type or length of hike you desire. And if you haven't heard, the hiking in Point Reyes National Seashore is over the top!

Currently our neighbors are remodeling their house, with workers there from 7am to 3:30pm on weekdays (but not on major holidays). If you stay here during the week, you may or may not experience construction noise from next door. We have discounted week day prices accordingly (just in case it's not perfectly silent during those hours). For the most part, it is quiet next door, but we cannot guarantee it will be totally silent.
