Radiy, we have NEVER received a low review because of cleanliness. This has never, ever been an issue before. We heard nothing from you during your stay so assumed all was well through the very end. John, glad you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for the feedback on those two items. Ironically, our family went to the house literally the day you left and I also noticed that the windows needed a good washing. I personally handwashed all the lake view, dining and kitchen windows. We will look into hiring a power washer for the remainder. Also, thank you for note on the shower - we weren’t aware of that problem so we’ll make sure to address! Hope your family made some great memories.

Hi Kim, thank you for your review and letting us know about the problems you encountered. You're our first ever 4 star review here, so we want to make sure to address your concerns. - Regarding the beds, we have never been told that so we will look into that asap. Beds may need tightening up or box springs may need to be replaced. - The floors - we have a scooting baby as well and have never had any issues. We love those hardwood floors. But our maid prides herself in beautifully clean homes so I will pass this feedback along. - The covered grill is outside and is not on the maid's list so we'll make sure we personally clean that next time we're there. - The hammock must have been left outside in the rain and then packed away in the chest. I literally just ordered a new one and will replace at our next visit. - Will run a clean cycle on the washing machine asap. - Unfortunately, bugs are indeed a reality in all those trees. However, we had the home serviced by our pest control company just 5 weeks ago. Because of your feedback, I just called them, and because they guarantee their work, they are going back out there next week for a follow up service. Glad y'all still had a good time. I'm sorry for the cons you experienced but glad the pros allowed for a great trip!
