    Vacationing on Bois Blanc Island offers the opportunity to relax and recharge however you choose. Unplug and spend time with loved ones while appreciating all that the island has to offer. Enjoy hearing the leaves rustle in the wind while walking through a natural forest, savor a relaxing sunny day on a sandy beach, kayak around an inland lake, fish in Lake Huron, visit the old Coast Guard Chapel, or drive to the west end at dusk to admire the sunset behind the Mackinac bridge. We adored this place! Perfect size and accommodations for our family. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids and we used the couch pull out as we enjoyed the breeze at night. We had been looking for something close to the beach, and this was fantastic value for how close and easy it was to get to the beach (a leisurely minute walk and you can see the path through the yard). Kitchen was fully stocked with equipment, we enjoyed classic games for the kids, and it was just a perfect experience. Thank you for an extremely clean property, beautiful house, and plenty of fans in case it gets warm during the stay. Can't wait to come back!

The TOP was the perfect island getaway. It is a great location. You are in the woods and can enjoy the tranquility. It is a 10 minute walk to Snow beach. Matthew was a great host. He communicated well and helped us with one minor issue we had quickly. The place is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. We can’t wait to return next year.

This small cabin is tucked in the woods, just off the main road around Bois Blanc Island in the Mackinac Straits. The easily accessible lakefront has one of the few sandy beaches. My daughter, her husband, and their two Border Collies shared this rental with me. It was cozy and well-equipped. There is no WiFi, but a lazy, secluded vacation on this island gem doesn't need WiFi!A great time all around and the host was polite and very responsive to any questions we had.
