“Good overall. Loved the place”

“The hotel advertises a breakfast buffet; it's not much more than some toast, bagels, muffins, cereal and yogurt. On a buffet I would expect eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and pancakes . . maybe it's a cultural thing. While clean and well maintained, I would change the name to Stark, very industrial and monochromatic. They have a guest laundry, coin operated but they cannot provide any change; they should consider tokens instead that could be charged to the room.”

“The room was clean. The floor lamp lacked repair. The AC/Heat lacked control so we turned it off. We couldn't get the TV to work (looked for music channels). Breakfast was all cold ....we're accustomed to better. Parking was okay at front ... back not so much. Staff was excellent. ”

“The hotel is in a great location for travel. Amongst some industrial level buildings. A little bit dated however, the staff, for breakfast were fantastic for what we needed on the run.”

“Has to be the best airport hotel at Dorval. New, clean, convenient. Quite large rooms, well soundproofed, from outside at least though less well from the corridor. Airport shuttle for free and you can walk to the VIA station in 5 mins. Breakfast is great value and restaurant is good and not over priced.”

“Le stationnement et l'emplacement était horrible. La machine a café dégoûtent, pas de service de chambre. Nous devons nous rendre a la réception pour du papier toilette, serviettes, kleenex et même les sac a pour que nous devrions nous même aller les porter dans les poubelle extérieur. Le pire hotel que j'ai vu.”

“The only thing I did not like, they would not cancel our reservation, because I had gone through Expedia. And Expedia was only giving me a voucher of but charging me a large cancelling fee, leaving me with not even half the price of room. Hotel was kind on upgrading my room, they say, but they would not budge and cancelling the reservation, even thow the hockey game in arena across them was postponed to a later date. We wanted to go back home to Gatineau.”

“Quiet and peaceful country side setting. Balcony and double hot tub was nice. Bathroom was large with nice spa soaps and shampoos. Clean, comfy bedding.”

“Övernattade en natt, gratis shuttlebuss var 30 min till terminal som ligger nära, stort rum, relativt nybyggt.”

“I'm still trying to figure out when you go to a hotel if and when they make up your room. I wish they would tell you when you check on if it is daily or every other day. Some even every 3 days. I would at least like my bed made and towels changed daily. A 10 minute job. After all we ARE paying for this service”

“Il y avait plusieurs cheveux dans le lit( j’ai dû aller chercher un autre ensemble de drap) j’ai allé voir à 3 reprises la femme de ménage, car il n’y avait qu’une débarbouillette, une boite de mouchoir presque vide, pas de sucre ni coffee mate pour le café, et aucune carte pour le guide de tv! Et pour finaliser le tout, le deuxième soir, on vécu des claquements de portes réguliers et de la musique forte en plus de gueulage, il a fallu que mon mari leur demande d’arrêter tout ce bouquant!!! “It was a great stay at the hotel!! Friendly staff and great breakfast.. parking is $20 a night, was not mentioned before on so was not happy with that but rest everything was great.”
