"From the moment we arrived at Calm Sorento, we knew we had found something special. Nestled in the serene hills of Glacis with sweeping views of the Indian Ocean, this charming bed and breakfast offered the perfect blend of comfort and authentic Seychellois/Italian hospitality The view from our balcony was simply breathtaking—sunrises over the ocean, the sound of waves in the distance, and lush greenery all around. It felt like waking up in a postcard every morning. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with a large bathroom that included both a shower and a bathtub—perfect after a day of exploring. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the warmth of the staff. Housekeeper Shifah and the owner (Luka & Berquitta) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, sharing local tips. Their kindness added a personal touch that made us feel more like guests in a home than customers at a hotel. Breakfasts were a daily delight—fresh fruit, different egg dishes and pancakes and served on the terrace with that same stunning view. The pool area was peaceful and well-maintained. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with heart, soul, and a view to remember, Calm Sorento is it. We left feeling refreshed & grateful."

"Great hotel in North of Mahe, visited 3 times. Nice rooms and great pool area with a beautiful beach infornt, close to other restaurants. Downside is the dinner buffe, they should replace it with a la cart instead, buffe is expencive and almost no one goes to it."

"Very nice hotel, the beach is a bit far away but the hotel arrange transport for free. Very good food at the restaurant, helpful staff, nice and calm."

"A fantastic location for a family retreat. Great nature, food and friendly service. Smooth check-in and check-out made it comfortable as well. If anything I would recommend to include more complimentary services as boat trips around the island, afternoon snacks/ice-cream for children, in house beach-bags etc to compensate overall pricing and improve the experience. All in all a great stay and we´ll be back. "

"This is a truly unique and historical hotel. For those who want a sterile and uniform Hilton experience, look elsewhere. You can feel that the hotel has been around for a long time but kept it's character, which is something we appreciated more then a over renovated modern hotel.
