The kitchen allows you to easily prepare meals and enjoy your stay with complete independence.
Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and a walk-in closet for your belongings.
You will also have access to a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.

Located on Rue du Marché Notre-Dame, right in the heart of Poitiers' historic center, this duplex enjoys a prime location for exploring the city on foot.
You will find the covered market (Les Halles) and the Notre-Dame market in the immediate vicinity, along with numerous shops, restaurants, cafés, and bakeries. You can also easily reach the Church of Notre-Dame-la-Grande, Place du Maréchal-Leclerc, and Poitiers' main shopping streets.

The Poitiers train station is accessible in about 15 to 20 minutes on foot or quickly by bus. It offers connections to Paris, Bordeaux, La Rochelle, and Tours, among other destinations. Several bus stops are also located just a few minutes from the accommodation.

For any arrival before 4:00 PM or departure after 10:00 AM, a surcharge of €10 per hour applies, subject to availability.
