The apartment sleeps up to four guests and features a cozy double bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, and a bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for two more guests, making it ideal for small groups or families traveling together.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals with ease, making it a great option for longer stays.

Polán is a charming village in the heart of the Montes de Toledo, just 17 km from the city of Toledo. It offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while keeping you close to everything you need.

The apartment is an ideal choice for anyone planning a visit to Puy du Fou, just an 18-minute drive away. Its convenient location makes it perfect for enjoying a full day at the park and then returning to a peaceful, comfortable place to relax, combining easy access with the tranquility of a quieter setting.

The village itself has several local restaurants where you can enjoy traditional Castilian cuisine.

If you enjoy exploring, Polán has some lovely highlights worth discovering: the medieval castle tower, the historic Church of San Pedro y San Pablo, and a street art route featuring a striking 220 m² mural. Nature lovers will also appreciate the nearby El Borril Nature Center, a nature reserve set in a Mediterranean forest that is home to the Iberian lynx conservation project, open for self-guided tours on weekends.

Toledo, an UNESCO World Heritage city and one of Spain’s most stunning destinations, is only a 20-minute drive away—perfect for a day trip.

A car is required to get around comfortably. Parking is available in the village. Toledo is easily reached via the CM-4000 road, approximately 20 minutes away. Madrid is about 90 km away via the A-42 highway.

- The apartment features an underfloor heating and cooling system, providing warmth in winter and gentle cooling in summer throughout the space. Please note that this is not a split air-conditioning system.

- The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs only. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

- For the comfort of all guests and neighbors, the apartment is equipped with a noise level monitoring device.

- There is a self-service laundry just 100 m from the property.
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The apartment must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage incurred during the stay will be deducted from the prepaid security deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
