Mareo Apartment is a holiday home for 4 guests in Polignano a Mare. The apartment is in a villa and it has direct access to the beach of Porto Cavallo, one of the few sandy beaches in the area.
The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as washer, air conditioning, internet, Jacuzzi hot tub
in the garden with access to the beach, outdoor shower, hair-dryer, tv
and mosquito nets, kitchen with electric oven, kettle and microwave
oven.

Mareo
Apartment is in a villa but it`s independent, with pedestrian and car
access. The apartment is furnished with modern elements.
It opens
into a large open space with well-equipped kitchen, dining room and
sitting room witht v. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms. Moreover, there are a bathroom and a storage room.
The outdoor area, which is partly covered, is equipped with a beautiful Jacuzzi hot tub with beach beds. The hot tub, if necessary, can be heated. 
Moreover, it has direct access to the beach, shared with the villa.

The
holiday home Mareo apartment is a villa on the lovely beach of Porto
Cavallo, one of the few beaches on the coast of Polignano a Mare.
The
villa is 2 kilometers away from the centre of Polignano, with its
beautiful old town centre, its suggestive houses on the cliff and the
main town amenities.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Access to the sea shared with the owner.
- Jacuzzi available from June to September.
