The property is located a few meters from the beach of San Vito in Polignano a Mare. Once you leave the automatic entrance gate behind you, you will reach the private car/bike parking and a large lawn which leads the guests in an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility. The outdoor area is characterized by the presence of a ancient olive tree and a beautiful garden. The attention will be immediately taken by the presence of the special aquatic element: the unique eco pool (10*3.5 m) merges with the garden, in perfect harmony with the nature that surrounds it. Outside, further comfort is given by the presence of a comfortable and practical cooking area, ideal for preparing and enjoying dinners en plein air under the pergola that separates the annex from the rest of the garden.

The house has two separate units: a modern-style cottage with clean and minimal lines and the annex, built inside a small stone tower. Inside the most modern unit - which features two levels - you are immediately greeted by a bright open space that joins the living room to the kitchen and communicates with the garden through large windows. The kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed to taste the typical Apulian gastronomy, is enriched with design elements and features a dining table and a relaxation corner with satellite TV. On the same mezzanine floor there is a master bedroom and a bathroom with king size shower. The remaining part of the sleeping area is located in the basement where two bedrooms are located, one double and the other twin, served by a bathroom with shower. The sleeping area is accessed through a second living room, ideal for a relaxing moment, which consists of an antique table with four comfortable chairs, a sofa bed and a corner with a piano. The second part of the house is located in the small stone tower, only a few meters away from the house. Inside this annex, obtained through a conservative and careful restoration, there is a sofa bed, a small bathroom with shower and a kitchenette.
