Welcome to Pare Vives 77, located in the heart of the picturesque town of Pollensa, this apartment has been designed to provide comfort and warmth in every corner.

On the first floor, a spacious and bright space opens up housing the living-dining room, perfectly integrated with a modern American-style kitchen, fully equipped for you to enjoy your culinary moments. On this floor, you will also find two cosy double-bedded rooms, ideal for resting, and two full bathrooms with showers, one of them en suite for greater privacy.

Upon going up to the next floor, you will discover a beautiful terrace, an outdoor refuge that features a small pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off during the hot summer days. This terrace also has a covered area with an outdoor kitchen equipped with an integrated barbecue, where you can enjoy outdoor dinners with family and friends. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with two single bunk beds and a third bathroom with a shower. The terrace is furnished with two sunbeds and a table, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals.

The location of the apartment is ideal, just a few minutes from all the services you may need: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars and the iconic town square, where you can enjoy the friendliness of the locals. Just five minutes by car, you will find the beautiful beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicente, and about 10 minutes away, the famous Formentor beach, with its crystal-clear waters.

Pollensa is a destination full of history and culture, with cobblestone streets that invite you to get lost in its charm. Climb the 365 steps of Calvary and enjoy stunning views of the town, or visit the art museums to immerse yourself in its rich cultural history. If you prefer, relax in the town square, savouring a coffee or reading a good book under the sun.

This apartment is the perfect place to disconnect, relax and enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of Pollensa.

Both the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
