Villa Can Joan - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

Situated within the outstanding Mallorcan countryside sits Villa Can Joan. This stunning stone-clad property, filled to the brim with traditional charm is a must-see. A large garden and terrace boast an impressive 8-metre long swimming pool, decorated with blue meander pattern tiles and bright mosaics. Evergreen bushes, palm trees and the magnificent Tramuntana Mountains surround the garden, providing a perfect natural backdrop. There are so many alfresco dining facilities, you'll be spoilt for choice. Why not sit on the open terrace, share a bottle of wine and talk the night away with the stunning mountain views in the background? There's a table tennis your entertainment, so why not have a game and see who wins?  
Inside, we find most of the rooms on the ground floor. As you enter Villa Can Joan you'll find yourself in the open-plan dining and living area, with beamed ceilings throughout, antique-style light fittings, comfortable seating and doors to the terrace gardens. Continue through to a fully equipped kitchen with wooden cupboards, which provides everything you'll need to cook up a feast. Two bedrooms reside on this floor, one double with an ensuite bathroom and one twin room with access to a separate bathroom. A utility area with a washing machine completes the ground floor.
Head back to the dining area and you'll notice a beautifully tiled staircase that leads you to the first floor. Here we find the remaining two bedrooms, another double and another twin room which share a separate bathroom. All bedrooms contain traditional features and are bursting with charm, with beamed ceilings, cool floor tiles and ancestral furnishings. All bedrooms also come with complimentary timed air conditioning. 
If you wanted an evening stroll, then why not head into Pollensa Old Town, just a brisk 25-minute walk away. With boutique shops, a market square filled with local restaurants and surrounded by history, Pollensa Old Town is definitely worth a visit. Grab a freshly baked Coca Mallorquina from a local bakery, this traditional Mallorcan flatbread topped with vegetables is a must-try if street food is what you're looking for. 
To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and features crazy paving and lawn which can be uneven in places. There is a step down from the patio doors onto the terrace. There is also a step down from the path in places. The pool itself has both step and ladder access, and has an edging around it. Inside, there is 1 step down into the kitchen.
