Upstairs are three bedrooms with air conditioning, a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower, and a sunny terrace with a lounge that connects to the ground floor patio.

The townhouse is close to some of the best cycling routes in the area and is conveniently located near an abundance of restaurants and cafes. The large outdoor patio includes a covered dining and BBQ area, perfect for late-night al fresco dinners. There is also a large bicycle storage area, an exterior ground floor toilet and shower room.
