Located in the Colonya Valley, holiday home “Jaume Ramona” is a beautiful Mallorcan manor house surrounded by mountains, centuries-old olive fields and native Mallorcan forests. The home is accessed from the nearby town of Pollensa (3km) and sits along a narrow road that skirts different farms and lovely manor homes.



This gorgeous home was carefully renovated with special emphasis on maintaining traditional elements, such as exposed stone walls and wooden beams, while the interiors now have a more current and modern character. Some of the most important improvements which should be mentioned are the newly tiled floors, the renovated kitchen and bathrooms, as well as new lighting which gives a more modern ambience to all spaces. This luxurious holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and a half-bath and can therefore accommodate up to 12 people.



Entering the center of the home, guests will find a spacious dining room with traditional walls and lighting, a place from which you can access the fully equipped kitchen that still preserves the old fireplace (currently disabled) typical of old Mallorcan homes. On the ground floor, guests will enjoy a spacious living room where you can play table football or sit on the large comfortable sofa with a chaise longue to enjoy movies on the impressive 65-inch screen. The smart TV is prepared with a wireless internet connection so that customers can enjoy their Amazon, Netflix and other various accounts.



To the left of the main entrance, guests will find a staircase that leads to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. It should be noted that the house has various configurations for beds and it is possible to convert some twin rooms into doubles, (always on prior request) allowing the house to have 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms.



Outside, guests will find spacious terraces on which to enjoy outdoor dining during the hot summer months or to enjoy an appetizer or a few drinks sitting in one of the two chill out areas while contemplating the beautiful views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. On one side of the terrace guests will also find a covered barbecue area with a fridge, which is ideal for those who love to grill. The terrace has also been expanded in the pool area to have more space for sunbeds and to have an area to enjoy a good rest on the Balinese day bed. The pool, completed with Roman steps, has also been completely renovated and retiled. The exterior also has a newly restored bathroom (the fifth) to be used without needing to access the interior of the house, as well as a laundry room with racks to store bikes.



And don’t forget, the town of Pollensa is just a 10-minute drive (3km) away. There, you can find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and charming bars. Or arrive at the coast in under 20 minutes (11km) where you will find beaches and the marina. And if you would like some sport, the golf course is just a 10-minute drive (6km) away. This beautiful holiday home offers the luxury of privacy and seclusion in the warm Spanish sun.
