Adjacent to this space is a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This floor also includes 1 bedroom with 1 bed, as well as a bathroom with WC. Direct access to the swimming pool is available from the kitchen area, while the living room and the bedroom both offer exits to the terrace.
On the second upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, each furnished with 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, both equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating.
