This beautiful stone clad country house is situated at the end of a track in the residential area of La Font. The Lovely swimming pool is at the front of the house, surrounded by furnished sun terraces, lawns and well-kept gardens.



The interior is furnished in Majorcan style with local pine furnishings and fittings making a comfortable holiday home. Upon entering is the lounge dinning area and an American style fitted kitchen.



The sleeping area comprises of two double bedrooms and one twin, all of them are sharing two bathrooms, also all bedrooms have air conditioning units and wardrobes. Both bathrooms are with baths.





All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.



The villa is ideal for families that wish to be near the town but also in a quiet area with stunning views to the mountains, also there is the possibility to walk to the town of Pollensa.
